Each day, we speak with donors across Canada to help raise funds, respond to emergencies, renew support, sponsor children, and provide other worthwhile opportunities for donors to help make our world a better place.
The Opportunity:
As a Performance Manager you will be challenged to deliver outstanding fundraising results for our clients, and a rewarding employee experience for our team. This role is challenging – it includes agent development, performance and campaign management, and continuous focus on improvement of donor experience. You are responsible for embracing and driving our unique culture and building front-line engagement. This is true grassroots opportunity to get “off the bench and into the game” making change from the front line and through all aspects of the business.

At High Level:
- You will be assigned a team to mentor, coach and develop into professional fundraisers with a focus on ‘raising the bar’
- Responsible for delivering outstanding campaign results every shift
- Building high performing teams by helping to evolve Inspire’s culture
- Responsible for the engagement and “happiness” of your team
- Integral role in the ongoing training and development process
Successful Candidates Typically:
- Are a natural leaders with intuitive ability to positively challenge and develop others.
- Have strong experience in areas of communication, problem solving, training, an aptitude for learning technology and building trust based relationships
- Have three or more years of experience in a fast-paced call centre environment
- Exceptional track record of coaching, sales and performance management
- Are motivated by helping others, and championing team-based success
- Thrive in a ‘positive pressure’ environment – knowing others count on you
- Set high standards and are not afraid to ‘dig deep’
- Finds personal pride & satisfaction in contributing to efforts that change the world
- You are evenings-aligned and able to support your team mornings, day or evenings with occasional Saturdays.
